Course Description:
This course teaches learners how to effectively navigate and utilize community resource systems across Canada using 211 Canada and related support databases. Participants will learn how to connect vulnerable individuals with appropriate services including housing, food assistance, mental health support, crisis intervention, financial assistance, healthcare, disability services, and emergency resources.
The course focuses on practical real-world applications commonly used in shelters, outreach programs, community agencies, and frontline support environments.
